No, there are no items in your unit that you are responsible to replace. 

We offer a 24-hour Coffee Lounge with complimentary coffee, a conference room, and a sky lounge with city views that can be rented for private parties. A 24-hour fitness center, courtyard with a fountain and grills, a pool with grills, cabanas, and TVs. Also, an Uber room to wait for ride shares, and Amazon package lockers in the mail room. 

The pool and deck are open Monday through Sunday from 8am to 11pm. 

Yes, garage parking, reserved, and visitor parking are available. 

No, we do not offer garages. 

Yes, we have storage options available. 

The washer and dryer are located in the closet in all units. 

Yes, we provide each unit with a washer and dryer. 

Yes, Gatsby on Ross is pet-friendly. 

Yes, we offer a pet park on-site. 

$400 deposit, $20 pet rent per month (per pet), and a $20 annual pet screening fee.

Each unit comes with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. 

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

No, it does not cost anything to take a tour.

It will take about 72 hours for your application to be approved.

Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance. 

None of the utilities are included in your rent, we bill the water separately. 

To set up your utilities, you can call the provided electric company on the WHL. 

2 guests are allowed in the amenities, guest parking is on the 6th floor of the parking garage.

No, you are not able to sublet your apartment. 

There is a 2-month fee and a 60-day notice. 

Qualifications require income of 3x the rent and 6 months of rental history. 

If you cancel your application prior to moving in, no fees are refunded. 

Our community is near everything, from dining to shops, to schools!

We are in DISD (Dallas).

The dog park is across the street.

Yes, there are bike trails.

Residents shop at Target, Wal-Mart, Trader Joes, NorthPark Mall, and City Market Place.

Yes, residents are free to choose their own electric. 

We recommend TXU or Ironhorse.

Yes, residents are free to choose their own cable provider. 

We recommend ATT or Spectrum.

No, we do not use gas. 

Yes, we do have Valet Trash. 

Sunday-Thursday after 8 PM. Trash must be placed in cans and boxes flattened behind the can. The trash can is to be brought back inside the apartment by 10 AM the following morning. 

Yes, we do offer pest control. 

The company is named Envirotrol. They come in 4 Thursdays a month. 

Yes, the one-time fee includes the Risk Fee ($500) - For conditional approval. 

The monthly fees include rent, pest ($5), valet trash ($25), pet rent ($20-$40), storage ($50-$150), and reserved parking ($50).
